This dish I have eaten in the mountains in the Trentino, and even if we are not very fond of polenta, this is really buonissimissima! The flour is to history, but I believe that any corn flour is fine ....
Ingredients:
200 grams corn flour 200 ml water
Procedure:
to Boil water in a deep pan with a spoon of salt, toss the flour slowly and beat with a whisk. Continue stirring often polenta with a wooden spoon over low heat, meanwhile soffrigger in a pan and cook the garlic in the mushrooms made with sausage slices into small pieces, wet with white wine and if necessary add a few tablespoons of boiling water. Meanwhile, melt the grated cheese in a double boiler (I used parmesan and pecorino cheese) with a little 'fresh cream or milk and keep warm.
Once the polenta is ready to put it on plates, drizzle with the sauce of mushrooms and sausage and a side of melted cheese. Excellent food and only hot!
fact by the way, I is an advanced course, I can heat it in the microwave??
